DELIVERY TIME

After receiving your order and payment, we will process your order immediately. The delivery time usually is about one to two weeks within the United States. For international delivery, we may need one week processing time and would suggest that you use USPS Priority Mail Express International or USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) for a faster and safer delivery due to the current environment. Rush order could be available, please inquire with us for rush order before purchasing. 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a customer satisfaction guaranteed return policy in the industry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the dress to us for a refund or exchange. You must notify us of your intent to return any dress within two days of its delivery and please ship out the dress within one week. All dresses must be received in original condition, unworn, with tags and all packaging, without any alteration. The shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the returning shipping cost. A 5% restocking fee will apply.

Due to the current environment, please check the measurements in the description to make sure the dress fits before purchasing, so we can avoid a return. If you only plan to keep one dress, we would appreciate that you only order one dress at one time; otherwise, the order will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding!
