DELIVERY TIME

After receiving your order and payment, we will process your order immediately. The delivery time usually is about one to two weeks within the United States. For international delivery, we may need one week processing time and would suggest that you use USPS Priority Mail Express International or USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) for a faster and safer delivery due to the current environment. Rush order could be available, please inquire with us for rush order before purchasing.

Shipping Notice: Orders placed on or before June 12 will ship promptly. Orders placed after June 12 will be shipped after July 4 due to a temporary shipping pause. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and thank you for your support. 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a customer satisfaction guaranteed return policy in the industry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the dress to us for a refund or exchange. You must notify us of your intent to return any dress within two days of its delivery and please ship out the dress within one week. All dresses must be received in original condition, unworn, with tags and all packaging, without any alteration. The shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the returning shipping cost. A 5% restocking fee will apply.

Due to the high demand of our dresses, please review the measurements in the listing description carefully before placing your order to ensure the best possible fit. To help us maintain inventory availability for all brides, we kindly ask that you purchase only the dress you intend to keep.  Orders placed for multiple dresses for the purpose of selecting one and returning the others may be canceled.
